Complaints Procedure

At Envitron, we strive for high-quality energy management solutions and customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our products, services, or support, you can make use of the following procedure:

  1. Submitting a complaint
    A complaint should preferably be submitted in writing via the email address info@envitron.com. Please indicate in the subject line that it concerns a complaint. Clearly state the nature of the complaint, the products or services involved, and your contact details.
  2. Confirmation
    Within two weeks, we will send a written confirmation of receipt of the complaint.
  3. Investigation
    The complaint will be thoroughly investigated by our customer service team. We may contact you for additional information if necessary.
  4. Resolution
    We aim to provide a resolution within four weeks of receiving the complaint. If it is not possible to resolve the issue within four weeks, we will inform you of this. The resolution will be communicated via email.
  5. Feedback
    After resolving the complaint, we welcome feedback on this process. This helps us to continuously improve our service.
